DU does not release separate cut offs for every central board or state board. The cut offs released are common for all boards. The only difference in cut offs arises when there are different categories because for all reserved categories the cut off is less than the general category. So be it cbse board or haryana state board the cut off is same for all students.

Yes, the cutoff percentages declared by Delhi University is common for all boards, whether it is any state board or central boards like, CBSE, ICSE etc. After the board examination and form registration, when the cutoff is declared it consists of percentages common to all boards varying in Reservation quota according to different programs and colleges.
