You only have to register once for any of the colleges you wished,because all will cover in du university.

Might be the applications will differ after getting registered in du.

There is only one registration for the Delhi university,  all the colleges are covered in this single registration except ST. Stephens College. St. Stephens college has a  separate admission process which includes interview for those who clears the cutoffs,  so it has its own registration forms otherwise all the colleges accept the single Delhi university form available on DU website.

Answering your question I had the same doubt when I was filling my registration form of Delhi university. You only have to fill one registration form for Delhi university. You don't have to do different different registration for different colleges of Delhi university.
