Here I will suggest you to go according to your interest because both fields are good . But if you are confused between Electronics Engineering and Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering I would suggest that go with Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering . Beside this Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering is better. Its advantage is that you can also apply for job in IT industry because in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering you will also get to learn coding and also circuit connections and many more things . And also in coming 4–5 years there is a lot of scope and job opportunities in this field .

Hello,ETE is a specialization subject in ECE field so it offers a narrow job opportunities meaning there will be more competition  but also a relatively higher pays are offered to specializations. ECE engineers will be more recruited in field work and ETE engineers will be more required in research field and in R&D laboratories.
