It varies with college to colleges.Some  government college take very less academic and hostel fees and some government institute take high academic and hostel fees.
Depending upon the college you are getting you have to pay academic and hostel fees.
Candidate do not worry about this , generally bank provide student loan to student with low economical background.Many other firms are providing loans .

There are several government scheme through which student get scholarship.
Student also get scholarship from state government in state technical institute .It is different for various categories.

Hello, the fee varies from college to college it may be upto 75k per year. In some government institutions they offer free hostel facility, but after a year you need to pay if you don't get a required percent say 80. If you can get more than required you can continue to get scholarship.
