By the jee mains..is there any chance to get seat in any engineering college without any fee for ST person say information plz

If your rank is decent enough to get admission in any nit, as you are from ST category, your tution fees will be exempted and you'll only have to pay the hostel charges, and mess fess. This information is only about nits not about any engineering college. Yes there are certain state government colleges which will provide you scholarships as well.
