Yes, for JAC Adv. counselling, if you want to stay on to be considered for the second round with the same or upgraded seat, you have to pay the seat acceptance fee, and then complete the document verification process after the first round. If you don't do all of that, you may risk losing the allotted seat and possibly not qualify for the next rounds.

Yes , if you want to participate in the second round of JAC counselling , you must have paid the seat acceptance fee and completed document verification for your seat allotted in the first round .
According to the official JAC Delhi brochure and schedule, only candidates who paid  the acceptance fees and either opted to freeze their seat or opted for upgrade after round one are eligible to participate in the second round .
