Suppose I have took a seat in Jossa last round , but IAM not satisfied with it so I am moving to Csab , will there I have pay my seat acceptance fee again and what will happen to Jossa seat acceptance fee and my Jossa seat.

Dear student,
Central Seat Allocation Board conducts csab special round counseling and this special round counseling is organized for filling the vacant seats in all nits, iiits, or gftis and iiest after josaa counseling .
Now as you have paid seat acceptance fees in josaa then that means you have accepted the seat and want to retain it. If you are retaining your josaa seat then also you can participate in csab special round counseling . For participating in csab special round counseling, you have to pay the participation fees of rs. 16500 (for sc/st/pwd) or Rs. 36500 ( for general /obc ).
And if you got allotted any seat in csab special round counselling and you accept it, then you have not to pay once again the seat acceptance fees, because you have already paid that in josaa counselling.
So, you don't have to pay the seat acceptance fees again. Also if you accept the seat in csab then your josaa seat will be cancelled automatically.

Yes, there will be a withdrawal of your participation fees. If you want to exit from csab special round 2 counseling and you haven't accepted or alloted any seat then a processing charge of Rs.1500 will be deducted from your participation fees and the rest amount will be refunded.
Since the csab special round counselling 2020, brochure has not released, so I am telling you this on basis of last year. But still this data is same every year and same keep repeating, so also this year the amount will be nearly same.
