In jadavpur university obc-A cutoff rank in chemical engineering 6563, (2018 )is this rank is gmr rank or obc rank??

No doubt, This is simply the GMR rank. The respective obc-a rank of this gmr rank was the cut-off for chemical Engineering in Jadavpur University in last year.
If it will be the obc rank, then there will be a lot of applicants.
