See for JOSAA counselling your category (EWS) rank will be considered but if you go for special round counselling which is conducted by CSAB then your CRL rank will be considered.

JOSSA Counselling -

If you belong to general category then CRL Rank is considered for counseling otherwise category rank is considered in JOSAA counselling.

So in your case your EWS Category will be considered in JOSAA counselling.

CSAB Special Rounds -

CRL Rank is considered for seat allotment in CSAB Special Rounds whether you belong to any category.
