In JEE advance pass mark required in each subject is serparately for paper 1 and 2 or combinedly for both? If My son got Physics 40, Chmistry 18 and Maths 28. Total marks 86. Can he get seat in any IIT? What rank he will get (OBC NCL)?

Hope you are doing great there . I am sorry to say this but chances are a bit low for admission in IIT with 86 marks . I would suggest you to wait for the counselling process to happen and participate actively in that .
