Actually there is no specific fixed amount of number of people fixed to write every year.This would be changing every year.In 2017 around 1,59,000 students appeared for the exam,while in 2018 above 2,00,000 appeared for the JEE advance.We could expect the same scenario even this year where the expected number would be more than 2 lakh.And because the increased number of seats maybe the cuttoff would be relatively down
