Since you have secured 63.754 percentile in Jee main. If you are lying under OBC-ncl and general category then you are not qualified in JEE main because the qualification cutoff for general and OBC-ncl category is 89.75 and 74.31 percentile.
You will not get any government institutions with the help of Jee main percentile for CSE stream.
