See, as per the information shared by you it is imperative for you to understand that with this rank of CRL or of EWS you may not get CSE Branch in any NITs/IIITs.(However the case for CSAB Special Rounds is different, but it depends on Vacancy.)

As you know the competition nowadays are increasing very much. And with 11000 rank in general ews category you can not get any seat in nits, or there is a very negligible chance.

Now coming on to nit andhra pradesh, then in nit ap there is no reservation for ews candidates. So if you want to take admission in nit ap you cannot use your ews rank. And with your general rank also you can not get any seat in nit AP including cse even if you belong to andhra pradesh state.

But you can try at some other nits but as I told the chances are very negligible.

Better you try at csab round counseling or go for some other colleges like hbti kanpur or some other private colleges.
