Hello Richa,

Yes, you can fill both the Paper-1 and Paper-2 together. 

The Paper-1 will entirely be conducted in Computer Based Test.

And, the Paper-2 will be both. Mathematics and Aptitude will be Computer Based Test and Drawing will be in an offline mode.

Yeah you can able to opt both the paper 1 and 2 but in the case only when you have opted subject PCMB together.
