dear aspirant,

The documents required for admission to IIT/NIT/IIIT's/GTI's is clearly mentioned at “Documents to be Submitted at the Reporting Centre at the Time of Seat Acceptance” section at JoSAA and it includes a medical certificate.The format of medical certificate is available at JoSAA business rule.
