Yes SNQ seats also charge money but the amount is very, very less.
1. For General Merit students it is 3090/-.
2. For students belonging to 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, it's 3090/.
3. For students belonging to SC/ST, it depends on income.
 a. If the annual income is less than 2.5 lakhs, then SNQ fees is ZERO!
 b. If the annual income is more than 2.5 lakhs, then it is 3090/-.
4. For students belonging to Cat 1., it depends again on the annual income.
 a. If annual income is less than 2.5 lakhs, SNQ fee is 500/-.
 b. If the annual income is more than 2.5 lakhs, then it is 3090/-.
Apart from SNQ fee, you should also pay the college fee. College fee depends on the type of college - aided, unaided or deemed university. Aided colleges charge nominal fee but unaided & D.U charge a bit higher.
