According to your query it seems you have chosen the option in which you reject the alloted seat but still continue in the further round. You were not alloted a seat in 2nd Round which is allegedly the last round according to the schedule of KCET 2019. There is supposed to be a extended 2nd round in which seats which are left vacant are filled. You are definitely elligible for it if it takes place.
