In lateral entry for admission 2nd year BTECH,I got general rank 1006 & general girls rank 109 in UPSEE. Can I get admission in govt college

With 109 General Girl rank. You can try for govt colleges like : HBTI, IET, MMMIT, BIET. I think with 1006 Gen rank you can get IET or MMMIT for any branch of engineering.
