Hi, Generally you get admission in second year in colleges based on 2 main factors like seat availability and your academic percentage. Also you should avoid applying in between the academic year. There is no specific list you can get. You will have to visit the colleges official site or in person and talk to alteast 3-4 authorities respectively. Good Luck.
