They said to pay DD towards University fee in favor of register, KNRUHS at warangal for B-Cat wt does it mean??

DD should be in this format:

The Registrar,
KNUHS
Warangal

This means you are paying the fees directly to the University. The Bank will understand and so you will not have any issues.
