Dear Harish, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, for being eligible for AIIMS, you should have scored 60% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. It is 60% for General Category and OBC. It is 50% for SC, ST. And for NEET, you should score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. If you have scored this aggregate against your Category, then you are eligible for AIIMS and NEET.
