There are no restrictions on your subject choices at college level. You can choose any subject you want. You can even change your subject stream from science to arts or visa versa or to any other field. So, this implies you can definitely take mathematics in BA.  But, let me tell you dear, that you should be able to do it properly. You haven't learnt any maths at your higher secondary. So, it might get a problematic subject for you. But, if you can , go for it. It's just , think before you act. Hope you understand.
