You will not get any kind of problem regarding to your photo. The use of old photo doesn't matter in your application. But make sure about your other documents such as mark sheet. The use of photo is for your identification purpose and it doesn't matter that whether it is old. So without thinking to much about this check whether your other documents are complete and correct.
