There will be no problem if your date is different in your photograph you should take aadhar card as your valid ID proof and other docummets .
The things you have to carry during your neet exam are as follows
NEET admit card 2021
Passport size photograph
Postcard size photograph
Valid ID proof - PAN card, Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, Ration card
Mask on face
Gloves on hand
Personal transparent water bottle
Personal small hand sanitizer (50 ml)
