The submitted details must be valid and must match with the details present in the documents possessed by them.So if the documents you posses does not have your surname in it,then it should not be a problem and the correction window will again open for the April exam session in the mid week of March.Separate registration is not required for april session if you have attended the January session.Then you can make your corrections.All the best!!
