In my jee mains I got 73 point something percentile do I am eligible for jee advance

Hey,

You can take JEE advanced if you score above the cut off marks. For general category, it is 74 on 360 and for OBC it is 45. For SC ans ST, it is 29 and 24 respectively. 

If you score more than 74, you are good to go.

But this cut off is of jee 2018 and I got in jee 2019

Yes cut offs are estimated by analysing the previous year's. There might be a very little variation in marks when compared to last year. It solely depends on the competition. From previous cut offs, a rough estimation can be done to figure out where you stand.
