I was facing the same issue but now it is resolved.
1) Write an email to neetug-nta@nic.in
2) Subject of email should be "NEET ADMIT CARD Wrong Address"
3) Attach you admit card as well as confirmation page
Within 1 hr they will email you and update your address
Note: The email given in public notice by NTA is Wrong.
Correct NTA NEET Email is neetug-nta@nic.in
