Dear Anindya
I am not able to fully understand your question. However, if you are asking if you can opt for admission in private medical colleges around India, then if you have qualified the NEET 2018, then you definitely can apply for admission in private colleges across India, and this is despite of you opting for deemed university counselling.
Note that here you will become ineligible to join other counsellings only if you JOIN the allotted deemed university in the second/mop-up round of counselling. Mere opting for the counselling will not make you ineligible. However, if you are offered a seat in the deemed university in the second or mop-up round and you do not join the college, the security amount paid by you during the registration would be forfeited.
Hope it clears.
All the best!
