The last year's cut off marks are usually referred to  predict the current year's NEET cut off. The cut off marks for Open category in Maharashtra State counselling was 450 and above in government Medical Colleges. The cut off marks change every year but not in a very wide range. Therefore, chances of admission in MBBS with a score of 215 marks might be difficult.
