Hello Maithily

As the cutoff changes every year and varies for admission from state to state and from college to college, it would be difficult to predict whether you will get a seat on scoring 390 around or no. Try to keep high target and aim for scoring at least 500+ if you want admission in a government medical college in your state under 85% state quota seats. However in the case of 15% AIQ seats, minimum score of 550+ is required  as you belong to open category. If you score in the range of your mentioned score, then you can get a seat in private medical colleges. That too depends on the cutoff for admission of that particular college. So try to score maximum possible in order to get a seat in your desired college. If you have any college in your mind in which you wish to get a seat then kindly let us know so that we can help you with the cutoffs and related details regarding it.

Good Luck for your exam.,!
