Hey,
JEE Advanced is the entrance examination that must be aced in order to be eligible to study in IITs across India. On the other hand,NEET examination is the only gateway to government and private Medical colleges for MBBS and BDS(other than AIIMS and JIPMER).
The total number of seats in IITs are appeoximately 9292 for 19 IIT colleges across India.
According to Medical Council of India,there are around 21,373 MBBS seats with 176 MBBS colleges in India and 253 seats for BDS.

Well dear,the number of seats through NEET is more than IIT,around 31,000 seats are acquired through NEET,and 11,279 seats are in IIT's.
