In neet form I fill address of haryana...but if...I made domicile of Karnataka then I 'll be able to take part in state counselling?

No,you can't take part in state counseling for both states.first of all you need to understand that how you will be eligible for state counseling for any state,either you should have done your 10 or 12th from that particular state or you should be born and brought up from that state or you should have a house in that particular state.
In NEET form you can fill any one state for 85% state quota.i hope this information helps you.
