thanx for your query @prem Kumar Jha if you are neet qualified student then you can apply in Karnataka for mbbs MD pg all courses which come under neet for applying you need to register in KEA (Karnataka Examination Authority) after this process you have to do the document verification process then the counseling process will be started also you can apply in All India Quota also if you bit from my side I will tell you to go as register in KEA only.
