You need to attend neet to be eligible for bvsc and from last year trends, I would suggest that a score of 540 plus will be a safe bet, but it all comes down to your category and reservation as well. CBSE conducts NEET for admission across all medical colleges in india except aiims and jipmer.The exam pattern is as follows:-

Physics-45 questions each carrying 4 marks
Chemistry-45 questions,each carrying 4 marks
And biology 90 questions each carrying 4 marks as well.hope this helps good luck
