The neet cut offs of colleges for All India Quota or State Quota is atleast 330. The least cut offs being of the ST category. So, even if you belong to the ST category, it will not be possible for you to get a government college with this marks. 

But since you have most probably cleared the Neet cut off, you can apply for private medical colleges or get admission in the medical college of your choice by the management quota. 

You can also pursue MBBS in colleges abroad .

Based upon your score in NEET 2019,and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota.
