PSG comes under the TNEA conducted by Anna University. It is on the basis of class 12 but for Tamilnadu students only. For other state students, Anna University Dept seats are available - 9 seats only for complete South region. This is also on the basis of Class XII marks - atleast 50% is required. 

The college may offer any management quota seats - I dont have the knowledge. You could try contacting them for this.
