Whether or not signing your full name instead of your signature on the AIBE 19 answer booklet's self-declaration form would result in disqualification is uncertain. It depends on the specific rules and regulations of the AIBE examination and how strictly they are enforced, you can also check the official website or contact the concerned authorities.

Hello Greetings

The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is a critical step for law graduates to practice law in India. The self-declaration form is an essential document that requires careful attention.

Potential Issue

By signing your complete name on the declaration form but not filling in the blank space provided for your signature, you may have inadvertently created an issue. The blank space is likely intended for your signature, which is a critical component of the self-declaration form.

Possible Consequences

Although it's difficult to predict the exact consequences, the Bar Council of India (BCI) might view this as an incomplete or improperly filled form. In the worst-case scenario, this could lead to disqualification. However, it's essential to note that the BCI may consider this a minor oversight, and you might not face any consequences.

Recommended Course of Action

1. _Wait for the official notification_: The BCI will likely release an official notification regarding the results and any issues with the answer booklets.

2. _Contact the BCI_: Reach out to the BCI helpline or email them to clarify the situation and seek guidance.

3. _Be prepared for any eventuality_: In case your application is disqualified, be prepared to appeal the decision or seek legal advice.

Conclusion

While the situation is uncertain, it's essential to stay calm and seek clarification from the BCI. Keep in mind that the BCI's primary goal is to ensure the integrity of the examination process, and they may consider your situation on a case-by-case basis.

Have a great day

Hello,

  • If the self-declaration form required both a signature and your name in the blank space , then not filling the name could lead to non-compliance with instructions.
  • Disqualification depends on whether the authorities consider it a critical error.
  • Minor errors are sometimes overlooked if the rest of the form is correctly filled and identification is clear.
  • Contact the AIBE helpdesk (http://allindiabarexamination.com/contact.html) or check the exam guidelines for clarification.
  • Keep your application/registration details ready when reaching out for assistance to resolve the issue promptly.

Hope it helps !
