in the choice filling the free seat option is the option of TFW seat or these both are different I'm a bit confuse

Hello Aspirant,

TWF stands for Tution Fee waiver scheme implemented by Government of India. It applies and works for all students who are economically not stable and cannot afford to pay the fees but are also meritorious ones. But, their Annual family income must be atleast lower than 2 LPA to get through TFW scheme. And they also have to give their income and asset certificate.

And, now, there is no concept of free seat in any college. You always have to get a valid rank to get admission into a college accepting their  respective exam score.
