Considering the previous year's Cutoffs of TS, you may get seat in :-

1. Osmania Medical college,
2. Kakatiya Medical college, Warangal .
3. Rajiv gandhi institute of medical sciences,
4. Govt Medical college, nizamabad/Mehboobnagar/siddipet .
5. ESI medical college, HYDERABAD

Hello,
You have not mentioned your state so exact predictions would ve difficult. However generally, with ST category and 471 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are quite high.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
