Hii sai krishna

It's totally depend upon the results of first phase of counselling. After first phase of counselling the remaining seat will be left for second phase counselling students. Since you are wishing to opt Mechanical department it will be more better if you have rank under 30k such that you can easily enter in any campus of VIT.
