Yes. VIT offers the provision to migrate to a different branch after the first year.
For your 2nd semester, you will be asked to select two courses(decided by VIT) of the branch you wish to migrate into. You have to perform well in those two courses, as well as your overall CGPA should be high for the first two semesters.
