Admission under good government colleges through WBJEE in the OBC category the opening and closing ranks for admission ranges from 177- 8654 approximately.
Considering your rank you seem to have a fair chance in many government colleges in various branches. You may not get cs in Jadavpur, but you can get chemical or production Engineering. You can also try for Coachbeher government engineering college,  Jalpaiguri Government Engineering college etc.
