As far as the covid-19 is having a high impact on the society, the colleges wont reopen for sure. In Mumbai, the cases have been pretty high and thats why the local trains and everything are also shut down. So offline mode lectures seem impossible as far as near scenario is concerned. And if the particular college wants to start their education , then yes you will have online video lecutres and once the corona gets in control and everything starts getting to normal, the colleges would then only re-open.
