There are many private colleges in India where you can take admission based on your class 12 marks or even without them. But if you want top college then I would suggest to give exams like JEE, VITEE, BITSAT, or state exams like UPTU, COMEDK, etc

No you can't get admission in any btech colleges without writing entrance exam. If you write entrance exams like eamcet , jee mains etc then you will have get admission in engineering college based on your marks. There are two ways to get admission in engineering college  without entrance exam    is management quota .so entrance exam is must for engineering colleges .
