based on reservation , if a person belongs to bc -d  then he or she get 35000 from government as scholarship and rest the student need to pay i.e if your college fee is 45k  and you get 35k so 45-35 = 10k  , will be your college fee and you can't get 100% fee reimbursement you need to pay some amount and  as per your rank here are few colleges
