There are two options for You if You are good at Programming then You will have many choices because most of the companies which are open to CSE are also open to ECE students therefore if you are someone who loves programming then You can go for companies such as  Goldman Sachs, Tower Research, Morgan Stanley, DE Shae whereas If you are focused on core companies then go for Texas Instruments, General Electric, ITC.
