Abhsihek, now because AIIMS doesnt have its entrance exam anymore, the admissions will be conducted through NEET score. And NTA has informed that the DGHS will release the merit list and the admission to 1500 MBBS seats across all  branches. Now DGHS conducts the counselling at All India Level. So in other words, AIIMS seats are filled through All India Counselling. And under All India Quota, there are Round 1 and Round 2 and Mop up round.

The AIIMS MBBS Counselling will be done in online mode. There will be mock round counseling ( in June) , 1st round, 2nd round and 3rd round, after which there will be an open round for vacant seats.
