Hello Naresh Nadkarni , From some news I found that there is no fixed date given by Maharashtra government for reopening of colleges or schools they just says that when this pandemic is end then they will open colleges or schools. So, I think they open after vaccine come to market.

As per the news sources, the Maharashtra Government has extended the lockdown up to 30 October 2020. So, the colleges won't be opening until the 30th of October.

But it is expected that the colleges will be reopened in November.
