The difficulty of the exam is relative and one cannot categorize the difficulty as you're asking in your questions. Exams in both the shifts are at equal difficulty and you cannot give more difficulty level to one then another. These papers are developed over a period of 1 year with guidance of very senior professors.

Moreover, there is ranking system, so if the paper is very difficult then it is difficult for everyone and so the ranks will then evenly distributed anyway.
