The counselling for all the deemed college is done along with the 15% AIQ counselling.

To participate in deemed university counselling, you need to register under the same in the official mcc site and pay the respective registration fees.

And regarding in which round you can get a seat, that entirely depends on your score and also this years cutoffs. 

You can get your chance either in first round or second round. There is also a wide scope of getting a seat in mopup round.
